Catherine has an extensive experience serving clients in the Professional Services (in various practices) and in Consumer and Retail sectors. She has successfully completed assignments in EMEA, Asia, and the Americas, placing executives in top functional, operational and general management roles. Before Beaumont Group, she worked at Odgers Berndtson (based in Paris) and Heidrick & Struggles (based in Japan). In the first part of her career, Catherine was HR Director at L’Oréal, working both in Europe and Asia in the Consumer environment. She has a strong understanding of both cultural fit and diversity, and their impact on leadership teams. As many business models undergo significant change today, she also works with The Beaumont Group team on Digital transformation. Catherine graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies with a PhD in Sociology and Organizational Behavior to add to her MA in Law and Philosophy.
