Cassie combines her scientific and legal experience to provide an in-depth understanding of client needs for executive search. Her experience includes serving as Chief IP & Regulatory Officer for Genus, PLC and a 14-year career at Pioneer DuPont, where she served in research, legal and management roles.
She holds a B.S. in Molecular Genetics from The Ohio State University, an M.S. in Crop Science from North Carolina State University and obtained her law degree from Drake University. Cassie also completed Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.
