Caroline is a Talent Acquisitions Manager and researcher with a focus on the Tech/IT vertical and the Professional Services industries. Caroline earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Louisiana State University while playing golf on a scholarship, and later took a degree in Mental training. After more then 10 years as an athlete playing professional golf on the Ladies European tour, she is now using her skillset and experience from the high-performance culture to find the best talents out there. She is also very passionate about people and networking. She has held several seminars about "How to deliver under pressure" and “How to turn setback into opportunities”.
