Based in London, Caroline Ford is a member of Spencer Stuart’s global Private Equity and Consumer practices, where she advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies on talent strategy across the entire investment life cycle. Caroline focuses on building strong client relationships and partnering with private equity funds to help with due diligence support, as well as identifying and recruiting best-in-class leadership teams. Caroline brings more than 15 years of experience in executive search across a variety of industries, with expertise in the consumer sector. Private equity and consumer pre-deal support and talent expert Before joining Spencer Stuart, Caroline was a director in the consumer practice of a leading executive search and advisory firm focused exclusively on the private equity industry. Based in New York, Caroline supported clients with pre-deal support as well as post-deal management and board searches. Previously Caroline was a Consultant for an independent executive search and board consulting practice based in London. Caroline spent the first nine years of her executive search career focused on the financial services sector. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Oxford.
