Carole is a member of Stanton Chase’s Industrial, Consumer Products & Services and Life Sciences and Healthcare practice groups and has expertise in Board Services and Human Resources. She began her career in staffing management and human resources positions at Xerox France, in the Corporate HR team in Paris. She has worked in the consulting and executive search field for 30 years, all with the Algoe Group, a French leader in the management consulting sector, and was one of the founding partners of Stanton Chase International in the early 1990s. Carole holds a degree in Psychology from Lyon University and has several certifications on the primary tools of assessments and personal development. She has extensive experience in managing global assignments, with functional expertise in positions such as Board of Directors, CEO, General Management and on HR Directions. She also has a thorough knowledge of Talent Management approaches and Executive assessments (individuals and teams) and on the Executive Search assignments for large groups and growing international mid-cap companies.
