Carol Lewis has been involved in executive search and board appointments for over 20 years, working for a number of local and global organisations. Her clients include listed corporations, diversified conglomerates, private equity businesses, and multinationals with a presence in the Asia Pacific region. Carol is a passionate supporter of diverse working environments and has been instrumental in the placement of a number of Australia’s leading female executives. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Carol was a Partner with global search firm Boyden, and previously was Managing Director within the C-Suite & Board Practice at Allegis Partners. Before establishing a career in search, Carol held senior executive roles in professional services. She completed her business studies at the University of Melbourne. Carol has served on the Board of Women in Banking and Finance (WiBF) for 10 years. She is a member of the executive search working group of the 30% Club in Australia, and on the Advisory Council to the Foundation for Development Cooperation.
