As a consultant in WittKieffer?s Leadership Advisory services, Carly Whitney draws upon a host of experiences in both business and research settings to provide exceptional service to organizations in healthcare, higher education, and the not-for-profit sector ? and to support WittKieffer?s mission to Improve Quality of Life through Impactful Leadership. Carly is passionate about utilizing data and statistical analyses to address organizations? most pressing leadership challenges and improving executive performance. Her areas of expertise include talent and leadership assessment, job analysis, and survey design. Carly completed her master?s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology in May 2022 and prides herself on continuing to expand her knowledge in her field. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Carly was an associate in the leadership advisory practice for an executive recruiting and advising firm focused on the private equity-backed software industry. Her responsibilities included administering a range of proprietary leadership advisory tools and assessment methodologies, focusing on assessments for candidate selection and coaching. In addition, she supported the firm?s advisory services customized to client human capital needs. Carly has also held consulting engagements with JetBlue and the National Policing Foundation. For JetBlue, she helped standardize the onboarding process, which included creating a behavioral anchored rating scale for performance evaluations, for the assessment, measurement, and evaluation team at JetBlue University. In her personal time, Carly enjoys cooking global cuisine, golfing with her fiancé, and training her dog, Hazel, in agility.
