Carla Logan is a Vice President and Senior Associate in the Atlanta office of Diversified Search. She has more than 15 years of experience in executive search in the industries of consumer-packaged goods, retail, transportation, financial services, and more. As a Senior Associate, Logan collaborates with members of the search team to execute the search. Her responsibilities include search strategy development, direct candidate recruitment, and development. Utilizing various internal and external resources, she also contributes to business development by providing detailed market analysis and company information. Before coming to Diversified, Logan spent 12 years as a Senior Associate with Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to that, she was the Project Manager for the boutique research firm Innovative Search LLC, where she was responsible for business development, client management, and candidate development. Logan began her career executing C-suite search assignments for Fortune 500 corporations with Egon Zehnder International.
