With over 27 years of experience at The Coca-Cola Company, Can has a proven track record of successfully incubating and integrating new ventures and launching and growing new brands in various categories, such as ready-to-drink tea, ambient juice, plant protein, coffee, sports, enhanced hydration, and oral beauty as his last assignment in mainland China. Prior to China, he led the tenth largest operation in the Coca-Cola system as General Manager of Turkey, which included a standalone tea, herbal, and fruit infusions company. Can has also demonstrated his ability to implement new organizational structures, which have been key to achieving positive results. He is known for his expertise in managing effective cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams, setting up agile organizations, and introducing data-informed decision-making processes and capability-building. He enjoys giving lectures and serving as a keynote speaker at various business schools and associations. He is particularly active in sharing his global experience with startups. Can holds a Master of Economics degree from NC State University’s Poole College of Management and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Ankara’s Faculty of Political Sciences.
