Calum Nicol is a core member of the Spencer Stuart Technology Officer and Financial Services practices. Based in London, he focuses on chief technology officer, chief operating officer and other senior-level technology and operations projects, primarily within the financial services sector. With over 12 years of leadership advisory experience, Calum has served a broad range of financial services organizations, including global banks, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, private equity, asset managers and exchanges. Calum brings a truly global perspective to his work having served clients across the globe in EMEA, North America, Asia and Australia. Calum joined Spencer Stuart from a market leading, financial services infrastructure boutique search firm. During that time, his clients included many of the world’s largest banks, hedge funds and other financial services companies. Calum earned both his Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Philosophy and a Master of Arts in International Relations from University of East Anglia.
