Çağrı Alkaya is a Managing Partner at Stanton Chase London and currently serves as Global Chair of the Board, following his successful tenure as Global Vice Chair, Regions. With over two decades in executive search and leadership services since 1999, he specializes in Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, and CPS verticals, focusing on C-suite placements including CFO, CCO, COO, CEO, and board member searches. His career began in the Business Assurance division of Coopers & Lybrand, where he worked in audit and due diligence before moving to global risk management services. His involvement in HRMS projects during this time sparked his passion for talent management, leading him to join the executive search industry in 1999 with a UK-based international search firm. In 2002, he co-founded Oxygen Consultancy and later joined Stanton Chase in 2006 as a Consultant and Partner. Today, he continues to serve as Non-Executive Chairman at Oxygen Consultancy (acquired by the German Allgeier group in 2011) and Elemental Value, a leading HR development company. Before his current board leadership roles, Çağrı served as Central and Eastern Europe Practice Leader (2011-2012) and was a key member of the Business Excellence Committee (2012-2013) at Stanton Chase. He holds a degree in International Relations from METU, an MBA from Yeditepe University, and completed European Studies at BAU.
