His expertise in executive search took shape in 2006 when he joined Korn Ferry as a partner, leading executive search and leadership development projects from the firm’s Vancouver office. Since then, he has become a go-to expert for organizations looking to secure visionary leaders who can navigate the complexities of today's marketplace. Bruce holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Dalhousie University, attained through the Canadian Bankers Association program. A commitment to his community is a core part of Bruce’s professional and personal life. He actively supports local, municipal, and provincial charities. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He competes in outrigger and dragon boat races both locally and internationally.
