Based in Frankfurt, Britt Bergen is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial, Process Industries and Supply Chain practices. With more than a decade of experience in international executive search and leadership advisory, Britt works with clients in Germany and across Scandinavia on a variety of executive and board-level search and leadership development assignments. Strategically focused executive search partner with a global lens Britt works with leading companies in the process industries, automotive and product manufacturing sectors to find and develop general management, supply chain leaders and ESG/sustainability leadership. She also is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team, conducting in-depth executive assessments to support leadership coaching. Britt previously worked for a Frankfurt-based executive search firm. Britt is a graduate of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, China, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in management, philosophy and economics. She also earned an M.B.A. with distinction from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, where she focused on behavioural economics and managerial/organizational behaviour. She speaks fluent German and English and basic Swedish and Mandarin.
