Bridget Knoth is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Consumer Products, Customer Activation & Growth, and Leisure & Hospitality Practices partnering with clients on their executive search and leadership development goals. She works with a diverse set of clients based in North America including CPG companies, retail, travel and hospitality, and luxury brands. Based in Minneapolis, Bridget brings 10+ years of experience in client services and working with executive strategy. Bridget previously worked in Corporate Strategy at General Mills where she was responsible for strategy development for the enterprise. Prior to this, she worked at BCG both as a Senior Manager on the Global Chief of Staff team working on strategic priorities for the firm, and as a Consultant where she worked with Consumer and Retail clients on strategic initiatives.
