Since 2008, he has joined the Recruitment and Staffing Industry more specifically in IT and Medical Devices. Having spent more than 20 years working in different industries including Healthcare, it is the innovation in the Healthcare industry, driven by digital transformation that has become his principal focus. Placing executives into leadership roles in rapidly changing Healthcare majors, and advising Medtech and E-Health start-ups on longer term talent attraction strategies, he is passionate about partnering with his customers with their constantly evolving challenges. Whether entrepreneurial or ‘ intra-preneurial’ , each context requires agile, adaptable, autonomous and visionary talent.
