Based in the Chicago office, Brian has led more than 350 executive search assignments and supported over 100 CEO leadership transitions, helping organizations across the healthcare sector to identify and recruit next-generation CEOs and other senior leaders. Extensive healthcare expertise Brian spends his time split between CEO search work, CEO succession planning and in helping newly appointed leaders with top team effectiveness projects. Brian has served a wide range of healthcare clients, including multi-site healthcare services, hospitals and health systems, academic institutions, healthcare associations, physician group practices and in healthcare technology. Brian joins Spencer Stuart from another global executive search firm, where he was a core member of the healthcare services practice. Previously, Brian served as a partner in a boutique healthcare search firm, where he conducted numerous senior-level assignments for healthcare providers. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
