Based in London, Brendan partners with clients to help recruit and develop top executive talent with a particular focus on European and UK roles for investment banks and boutiques across sector, country and product advisory teams. He has completed and led searches across investment banking, private capital and corporate broking and also conducted searches for functional leaders such as Chief Risk Officers, Chief Financial Officers and Chief Operating Officers. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Brendan worked with another leading global search firm where he served international banking clients from the firm’s Dublin office. He led executive and board level searches, alongside advisory projects. Prior to his career in executive search, he was with Scotiabank Global Markets based in Toronto where he worked in the fixed income markets group. Practice isn’t the thing you do once you’re good.
