Bradlee Benn is a senior member of the firm’s global Financial Services, FinTech, and Board of Directors Practices. He specializes in senior executive placements across various sectors of the financial services industry, with a particular focus on Financial Officer and Corporate Officer roles. He has led various C-suite, Senior Financial Officer, Operating Officer, and Board of Director roles for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth Private Equity-backed firms. Bradlee is also viewed as one of the foremost executive search consultants in the industry with deep connectivity with top and emerging diverse talent. He previously led Russell Reynolds Associates’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practice in the Americas. Bradlee is based in New York and served as the Deputy Office Leader for the New York City & Stamford offices. Bradlee joined Russell Reynolds from JP Morgan, where he was a leader within the Global Corporate & Investment Bank. In that role, he was responsible for the relationship management, business development, and sales of merchant banking, lending, and payment processing services for multinational clients. Earlier, Bradlee spent more than 12 years at American Express in roles of progressive seniority, ending his tenure as Vice President & General Manager of Business Development in their Global Client Group. In this capacity, he was responsible for business development and relationship management for American Express’ largest global retail clients. Bradlee also served as an Executive at venture-backed mobile technology company Thread Mobile. He began his career as an Associate at the management & strategy consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. Bradlee holds a BBA in finance and marketing from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and an MBA in international business, corporate strategy, and analytical consulting from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He serves as the Board of Trustees’ Treasurer for the International School of Brooklyn, a member of the Board of Directors at the One To World organization, and was previously a member of the Board of Directors at the Hospital for Special Care. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
