Berta Arisó joined Talengo in 2023 as a Partner to lead theprpractice of LifeSciences. Since 2006, he has held consulting and management positions within two well-known multinational firms, where he had the opportunity to advance professionally and hold various positions of responsibility. In the sector LifeSciences is a specialist. Her entire professional career has been focused on a sector that she is passionate about for its purpose, values, and constant innovation. She has 17 years of experience working with pharmaceutical companies,medicaldevice, diagnostics, and hospitals, with the mission of helping them recruit the best talent. In recent years, Berta has participated in executive search projects, offering her expertise at the C-Level level and in all the most specific areas of her sector (R&D, Quality, Records, Access, and Medical). She has been entrusted with strategic searches such as the creation of new subsidiaries in Spain, new leadership positions in business units, and searches that require transformation, both functionally and technically, as well as across various business areas. Berta holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona. She is a member of EJECON and the AESC (Association ofExecutive SearchConsultants).
