An Authority on Corporate Leadership Before joining the executive search world, Bernardita built a successful career as a corporate leader. She served as Head of Organizational Development for Latin America for a multinational services company. In this role, which was an amalgamation of organizational development and human resources, she led projects related to engagement, talent development, succession planning, and change management. Bernardita currently serves on the Board of Directors at Stanton Chase, having been first elected to this role in 2023. She also holds the position of Regional Vice President for the LATAM Region. Previously, she held the role of Global Leader for Assessment Services. Bernardita is proud to represent women and Latin America in top leadership at a globally acclaimed company like Stanton Chase. Where Psychology and Business Meet Bernardita’s educational background includes a psychology degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from EADA Business School (Barcelona).
