Dr. Bernard Godley brings to our firm an impeccable academic and medical background, having accomplished several milestones as a practitioner, professor and researcher throughout his career. Dr. Godley will help extend our global presence in the field of academic healthcare leadership with his strong reputation, combined with his hands-on understanding of the talent and leadership issues facing the higher education profession. Prior to joining Fusion, Dr. Godley was a Senior Client Partner at a global search firm where he transformed search execution with LEAN principles and the use of videoconferencing technology. He subsequently built and led the Academic and Life Sciences Practice at another firm where he innovated approaches to minimize implicit bias during candidate selection.
