Benedicta de Courcel is a London-based consultant. She is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Private Equity and Technology, Media, Telecommunications & Services Practices with an additional focus on Financial Services. Benedicta brings over a decade of experience in executive search and advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on talent strategy throughout the investment life cycle. This includes due diligence support and identifying, assessing and recruiting the right leadership to accelerate portfolio company value creation. Private equity talent expert for the TMT & S and Financial Services sectors Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Benedicta worked for a leading international executive search firm where she was a member of the Investment Management practice partnering with both traditional and alternative asset managers. She worked closely with private equity clients across Europe who were looking to strengthen their investment, operating partner, ESG and investor relations teams. Benedicta’s earlier career was spent at another global talent advisory firm where she was part of the Financial Services practice working across asset management, wealth management, insurance and investment banking. Benedicta graduated from The University of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in International Relations and an MSc in EU Law and Politics. A Franco-British national, she is fluent in English and French.
