Bartek Zachara is a member of the firm's Technology Practice, based out of the Madrid office. He focuses on senior technology, engineering, product, and data roles, across all major technology hubs in Europe. Bartek works with a variety of clients ranging from high-growth consumer platforms, to well-established software businesses, and the largest internet companies globally. Bartek has more than a decade of experience in the field of executive search, having joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2010. He received his MA in finance and accounting from Warsaw School of Economics and obtained an executive certificate in AI's implications for business strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management. He speaks fluent Polish and English.
