The candidate must manage a portable book of business, maintain relationships, and ensure adherence to immigration laws and deadlines while serving clients in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications for the Immigration Attorney position include 10+ years in immigration law, experience with E-2, O-2, and L-1 visas, strong drafting and communication skills, ability to manage deadlines and a portable book of business, and fluency in English and Spanish.
