The client is seeking a strategic, agile, and visionary human resources leader to serve as the Associate Vice President for Human Resources. Reporting to the Vice President for Operations, this role will lead the next phase of a transformation initiative aimed at improving HR services, processes, and systems with a people-centered approach. The individual will foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence in customer service, while providing strategic alignment with the needs of the community by collaborating with campus partners and leadership to enhance services and efficiencies.
The key responsibilities include leading organizational change management efforts, developing transparency across campus, empowering the HR team, and supporting efficient talent acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader with at least ten years of progressive experience in leading human resource teams through transformation. They should be a systems thinker, skilled in change management and business process improvement, with strong capabilities in strategic planning, project leadership, and organizational development. The candidate will act as a visible and accessible leader, ensuring proactive communication on all HR matters.
The compensation for this role ranges from $400,000 to $450,000, accompanied by a generous benefits package supporting overall wellness.
