The client is seeking an experienced civil rights practitioner to serve as the Assistant Vice President of Equity and Civil Rights/Title IX Coordinator. This individual will provide leadership and oversight to the Office of Equity and Civil Rights, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with civil rights laws. The AVP will work collaboratively with campus partners to drive long-term vision and strategic direction, fostering an inclusive and welcoming culture for all members of the university community.

The Office of Equity and Civil Rights, led by the Vice President for Institutional Equity and Chief Diversity Officer, is responsible for ensuring compliance with non-discrimination laws and policies, including Title IX.
