The Assistant Vice President will be expected to provide leadership and strategic direction for career and professional development programming, coordinating stakeholders and setting priorities to strengthen outcomes. This position may involve overseeing service delivery, supporting continuous improvement, and representing the function in relevant internal and external discussions.
Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to drive professional development and career-focused services. Experience in higher education and/or related career development environments may be beneficial, along with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
