Asmita Shah is a Vice President at Rudish Health, where she oversees the Executive Search business. In this role she advises healthcare providers, health plans, consulting firms, digital health, and other healthcare companies on identifying exceptional senior talent in line with their missions. With 15+ years of management consulting experience, Asmita is recognized for her experienced leadership partnering side-by-side with healthcare clients to solve their most challenging strategic and operational problems. Now she employs those same skills in leading executive search teams, building on organizational culture to guide clients as they make critical leadership decisions. Prior to joining Rudish Health, Asmita was an Associate Principal/Associate Partner at The Chartis Group and Senior Manager at Deloitte’s healthcare practice where she advised clients on finance transformation, patient engagement, new business strategy, margin improvement, value-based care models, and core business performance efficiencies. She managed firm negotiations and sales closings by collaborating with pursuit sales, delivery, and service teams to manage seamless client experiences. Asmita holds an MHA in Health Finance and Management from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Biology and French Studies from Emory University. She lives in Washington DC with her husband and twin sons where they enjoy checking out the community food scene, traveling internationally, and dancing to homegrown playlists.
