Ashlyn Briggs is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Financial Officers Practice. She specializes in executive search engagements for early-stage, middle-market, and high-growth private equity firms and their portfolio companies. She focuses on recruiting senior finance executives primarily for industrial services, manufacturing, distribution, building products, and consumer companies. Prior to JM Search, Ashlyn was a Recruiting Director for New York Life, a New York based insurance firm. She then joined JM Search as a Research Analyst in 2016 where she built a strong foundation and expertise in research and candidate sourcing across various sectors. Now leading search execution, Ashlyn has helped to build leadership teams for private equity portfolio companies on a national scale. Ashlyn received her B.A. in Marketing from Eastern University. She resides in Berwyn, PA and enjoys spending time at her family’s beach house in Southwest Florida, yoga, and baking sweet treats for friends and family.
