The client NW is seeking an Executive Director to lead their organization in providing high-quality care to medically fragile children, teens, and young adults. The Executive Director will be responsible for guiding strategic planning, financial sustainability, and operational excellence while upholding the organization's core values of compassion, integrity, teamwork, professionalism, and holistic care. This individual will oversee multiple locations and a team of over 300 staff members, serving as the face of the organization in the community and advocating for the families they support.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in healthcare or nonprofit operations, with a track record of managing large budgets and complex funding streams. They should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to equity and culturally responsive care. The Executive Director will be responsible for growing and diversifying funding sources, building organizational infrastructure, and inspiring a committed team to continue delivering high-quality, family-centered care.
