Arunima is a member of the firm's Technology and Private Equity practices. She brings experience working on C-level engagements across sectors like Technology/ IT services, Consumer Tech, Professional Services and Private Equity. From a functional standpoint, she has assessed and recruited for several CXO-level roles including CEOs, Board and Advisory positions, Technology leaders, Corporate officers, GCC leaders and Investment Professionals for Private Equity funds. Arunima joined Russell Reynolds in 2019. She has played a key role in strengthening the firm's Private Equity practice and worked on several investment professional and board engagements. She is also engaged in RRA India’s DEI&B initiatives, particularly in the Technology and Private Equity industry.
