Antony Beaumont guides leading companies in their search for CEOs and board members. Based in Melbourne, Antony has been a Russell Reynolds Associates team member since 1998. During that time, he has held a number of leadership roles, including country manager for Australia and the regional leader for the Asia Pacific region. In his search assignments, Antony works with listed companies, private equity firms and state-owned businesses, along with nonprofits and family-owned enterprises. Antony was the chief executive at the Australasian subsidiary of Proudfoot, a management consulting firm. He spent 10 years with the company, completing a wide range of strategy and change implementation projects within manufacturing and industrial services, among others. Previously, he was at Mayne Nickless, where he led a team that facilitated performance improvement initiatives. Originally from Zimbabwe, Antony received his BA from Durham University in the UK. He is also a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
