Growing up in eastern North Carolina, Anthony developed a passion for music and healthcare. He graduated in 2005 from Mount Olive College with a degree in Music Education. Immediately after college, Anthony began teaching music in various public schools in North Carolina. After eleven years of teaching, Anthony decided to hang up his baton in order to pursue his other passion: healthcare. Joining the team at ECU Health in 2018 as a C-Suite Executive Assistant, he quickly made an impact with his knowledge of operations management and strategic planning. Affectionally referred to as the Swiss Army knife of an organization, Anthony was part of the creation of a multi-million-dollar strategic plan involving stakeholders inside and out of the ECU Health organization. With a recent move to South Florida, Anthony received his ACHE membership and is active within the South Florida region. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, spending time with his spouse and fur daughters, walking, and soaking up the seemingly endless supply of Florida sunshine.
