Annie Milby-Anderson, Director, Finance & Administration, is a member of Ratliff’s Enterprise-wide team. Across the Ratliff & Company enterprise, she oversees Finance, IT, HR Operations, Banking, Procurement, and managing all third-party vendors. She partners closely with each line of business to manage large-scale projects, track project outcomes, and implement project plans. Best known for her ability to implement operations processes and drive efficiency, Annie is a skilled process analyst with a knack for problem-solving. Her experience and her strong interpersonal skills make her the go-to person for the Ratliff team. Annie’s career journey began at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis where she gained experience in operations management. She has since worked for various companies and industries in the Cleveland area, including American Greetings where she contributed to a global sourcing strategy and trained over 100 associates. Annie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville. Outside of work, Annie is passionate about animals, reading, and shopping. She can be found at the local horse rescue, tending to and working with horses on a weekly basis. And she enjoys nothing more than curling up with her dog and a good book, or browsing the new trends!
