Annette Sohns is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Frankfurt office and a member of the firm’s Leadership Advisory Services team. She brings many years of experience in leadership consulting and change management and more than 20 years in operational roles in marketing, communications and corporate citizenship for Fortune 500 as well as smaller and mid-sized companies. Annette supports clients in assessing and developing their senior leaders, top teams and available talent to increase individual, team and organizational effectiveness. Leadership advisory and change management expert Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Annette worked for a number of consultancies, providing support to management teams going through change processes and individual assessments of senior management teams. At the same time, she ran her own leadership consulting business focused on coaching and onboarding individuals and teams, with a client roster of international corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, public institutions and private clients. Annette is a supervisory board member of DRF Stiftung Luftrettung gAG (Air Rescue Organization) and a board member of ArMiD e.V., an association fostering dialogue and exchange among supervisory board members of medium-sized companies. Annette received a degree in business administration from the European Business School, where she studied in Oestrich-Winkel, Paris and London. She also completed INSEAD’s Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change program, where her research focused on how to support executives to reach their full potential. She speaks native German and fluent English.
