Anna is a leadership advisor who helps organisations build strong, effective leadership teams through insight-driven assessment, development and coaching. A Chartered Occupational Psychologist, she applies behavioural science and business acumen to help clients make confident talent decisions and accelerate leadership performance. Working across sectors, Anna partners with organisations to identify and develop leaders who can deliver lasting impact. She co-leads RRA’s European Coaching Network and, as an executive coach, enables leaders to navigate transition, unlock potential and drive organisational success. Before joining RRA, Anna held roles in professional services and global leadership advisory firms, where she helped organisations strengthen leadership capability and build robust talent pipelines through coaching, assessment and development. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from University College Cork. She is a Registered Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. Anna is also accredited in a range of leading psychometric assessment tools.
