Anna Penfold leads search, development and capability projects across all industry sectors focusing on the HR leadership community. Based in London, Anna leads the firm's focus on the Human Resources community globally. She has established herself throughout her career as a leader in identifying and developing human resources talent that can shape a company’s human capital. Anna has led executive search, development and assessment work in and around HR leaders for more than two decades. She has worked on a wealth of projects spanning all industry sectors and ownership structures with a focus on tracking and developing commercial and international HR leaders. Anna is also a Trustee on the board of London-based children's charity The Play Professionals. Anna holds both a B.A. in English literature and language and an M.A. in postcolonial and commonwealth literature from the University of Leeds.
