A philosopher by training, with a passion for listening and writing, Anna coordinates all operational phases of executive search projects: from sourcing to candidate contact, all the way through onboarding. Throughout her career, she has combined corporate and consulting experience, always maintaining a special focus on nonprofits, communication, and the value of human relationships, for example participating in the volunteer search for Expo Milano 2015 and various projects by the City of Milan supporting volunteer associations. In her spare time, she writes screenplays and participates in video projects. Passionate about swimming and diving, she shares this passion with her beautiful daughter. She speaks Italian and English.
