Anna Cho is an Executive Career Coach at Stanton Chase Korea. Through her work, she helps clients maximize their performance and competency to achieve greater career success. She offers custom coaching through her career success program (My Career Success Journey) that caters to a wide variety of clients based on their individual needs. Following teaching positions at numerous Korean universities, Anna joined Samsung Electronics, where she worked for 25 years (including in executive positions). Thereafter, she spent three years as the Director of the HRD Institute of KCS (Korea’s Customs Service). With experience in government, education, and business, her career has focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and value innovation, optimizing global marketing strategies, and strengthening capabilities. Her work contributed to the first-ever recognition of a Korean company (Samsung) and Korean government institution (KCS HRD Institute) by the Association of Talent Development (ATD). She has continually facilitated collaboration between Korean organizations and their global counterparts. Anna holds a Ph.D. in Consumer Science from Seoul National University and obtained a Business Coaching Mastery Certification. She is also certified as a Korea Professional Coach and Clifton-Strength Coach. She has completed more than 3,000 hours of teaching, 500 hours of coaching, and 300 hours of mentoring. She speaks native Korean and is fluent in English.
