Angela Orbaneja is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global leadership, cultural transformation, and talent development, specialising in sectors such as Consumer & Retail, Financial Services, Technology, Communications & Media, Pharmaceuticals, and Professional Services. She most recently served as Global Head of Human Resources at Propelland, a leading open innovation consulting firm founded in Silicon Valley. Prior to this, Angela worked as a Strategic Human Resources Consultant, partnering with renowned companies such as Banco Santander, The Coca-Cola Company, NTT Data, and Microsoft to drive initiatives in leadership, diversity and inclusion, and organisational growth. Her 21-year career at The Coca-Cola Company Iberian Division, where she served as a member of the Board of Directors, has shaped her strong business acumen and deep understanding of complex organisational dynamics. Angela holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of León and an MBA in Marketing from ESIC.
