Angela is a Senior Consultant and Career Transition Coach. She is experienced in leadership development, talent management practices, policy development and cultivating progressive workplace culture. Prior to joining Royer Thompson, Angela spent over 15 years in senior HR roles, in post-secondary, non-for-profit and private environments. Angela has an MBA from Saint Mary’s University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Cape Breton University (CBU). Angela holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Angela is currently enrolled in the Advanced Neuroscience Coaching Certification Program and is certified in delivering EQi-2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessments.
