Andy Siravo is a Principal in JM Search’s CFO/Financial Officers Center of Excellence and has been with the firm since 2015. Andy specializes in recruiting finance leaders for publicly traded and private equity backed companies across the country. He has executed successful search engagements across a range of industries including Specialty Distribution, Industrial Manufacturing, Building Products, Industrial Services, and Consumer Products. Since joining the firm, Andy has continued to build upon his experience in recruiting finance executives. Andy began his executive recruiting career with a Philadelphia-centric search firm that focuses exclusively on recruiting professionals with senior level responsibility in finance and accounting for an “industry agnostic” list of clients. Andy has a BA from the University of Delaware and currently resides in Berwyn, PA with his wife and their two children.
