Andrea has over 20 years of experience as chief human resources officer in developing and advising leaders, organizations and cultures in international environments, large corporations, family-owned companies and private equity. Having been the strategic advisor to boards, CEOs and executive teams, accountable for executive recruiting, succession planning and leadership development and with her ability to judge and assess, Andrea is a consultant and advisor in the Spencer Stuart executive search team in Germany and the Nordics. She works in a pan-European set-up in the healthcare and medtech sectors, including digital health, health services and biopharma. Leveraging her background and broad experience, she is also active in aerospace, media and human resources. Industry and leadership experience Prior to re-joining Spencer Stuart, Andrea was the CHRO of the Bauer Media Group, driving their global digital and cultural transformation. Previously, she was part of Spencer Stuart’s LAS team in Munich. Before that, Andrea spent many years of her professional life as the CHRO of Dräger, Brose and BSN Medical. Earlier in her career, she was leading the Talent & Organizational Development at Airbus Deutschland and became a senior HR business partner for the largest transnational business unit at Airbus SAS. Andrea holds a diploma from the University of Hamburg in economics and psychology, focusing on organization, management and human resources and is a qualified advisor, certified by the Deutsche Börse AG.
