Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Andrea was Managing Director at Protiviti advising clients on how to transform their business models and delivering services to improve performance to address challenges as well as providing consulting on corporate governance and risk management. He started his career at Arthur Andersen in the audit and M&A department. He was in charge of M&A finance and accounting due diligence and of certification of balance sheet and statutory pack for multinational companies. Andrea has graduated in Economics from Bocconi University and obtained a Master’s in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi.
