André Freire is a Civil Engineer from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, with an MBA from FGV and a Specialization in Management from the Kellogg School of Management (USA) and in People Management from INSEAD (France). He is certified in Executive Coaching by SBC. Before joining EXEC, he was partner and CEO of the Brazilian office of the British consultancy Odgers Berndtson. Previously, he had an ascending career in the industrial sector, having been President for Latin America of the multinationals Gilbarco-Veeder Root and Terex Corporation. André is a member and director of the São Paulo chapter of the YPO – Young Presidents Organization and Chairman of the Board of the NGO Make-a-Wish Brasil. He has also been a director of family-owned companies as an independent member. Currently, André is a Managing Partner at EXEC, dedicated to C-Level selection projects, governance structure and assembly of councils and coaching, mentoring or leadership development programs.
