Andie Rees is a Managing Partner at Odgers Berndtson Southeast Asia. Whilst specialising in executive/leadership appointments across the technology spectrum, he has been at the forefront of several waves of transformation and disruption across multiple sectors. Primarily in start-ups or taking a business through an organisational pivot, Andie has spent over 25 years in sales and General Management leadership positions for Technology & Software companies both in EMEA and Asia Pacific. Prior to moving to Singapore in 1995 to start up the regional business for a Silicon Valley technology company, he spent ten years in London in IT/Telecommunications sales leadership positions. Andie began his career on a Graduate Electrical Engineering program in the industrial/manufacturing sector before travelling the world as an engineer with P&O & Princess Cruises.
