Amy is a member of the Finance Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she works with organisations to appoint CFOs and finance leaders. Amy brings extensive experience supporting clients across a wide range of sectors and ownership structures — including listed companies, privately held businesses, public sector bodies and not-for-profits. Based in London, she has worked with clients throughout the UK and across Europe. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Amy spent ten years in executive search at both a top-tier global firm and a boutique consultancy, supporting organisations through periods of significant change. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Cardiff University. Amy is committed to helping organisations access diverse talent pools and build inclusive leadership teams. She has established and led a global network focused on supporting female leaders to achieve their career aspirations, and previously created an Emerging Leaders Programme at a leading executive search firm to identify and nurture future board talent. Today, Amy runs an active network for CFOs and their direct reports, providing guidance, connections, support and access to new career opportunities.
