About Ms. Crutchfield
Since joining WittKieffer in 2005, Amy Crutchfield has developed a reputation for exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a steady approach that guides clients through every phase of the search process. In recognition of her service to clients and candidates, Amy is a multi-year recipient of WittKieffer?s Quality Award. She is a senior partner and serves on WittKieffer?s firm-wide Quality Committee. To date, Amy has participated in hundreds of successful search assignments for presidents, provosts, deans, and leaders in other administrative units such as advancement, enrollment management, finance, and student affairs. She supports engagements for national research universities, comprehensive universities, and liberal arts colleges. Amy has a robust network of candidates and regularly presents at national conferences. She has served as a panelist for EAB?s Future Presidents Intensive. Amy is especially interested in and committed to identifying future leaders in higher education, with a particular focus on supporting women?s professional development. In addition, she has completed the eCornell certificate program in Diversity and Inclusion, which focuses on improving employee engagement, counteracting unconscious bias, and fostering an inclusive work climate.
