Amanda Foster advises some of the world’s largest financial institutions, serving as a trusted voice to a wide range of chairman, CEOs and senior executives across the world. Based in London, Amanda co-leads the Financial Services Sector for Russell Reynolds Associates. She previously led the Asset and Wealth Management Practice and served on the firm’s Executive Committee. Amanda brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients on CEO and C-suite succession, talent assessment and development, talent acquisition and diversity. Beyond search, Amanda has considerable experience in succession planning, leadership assessment and aligning executive and non-executive leadership with strategic agendas. Amanda spent more than 10 years as an investment banker at N.M. Rothschild & Sons, advising clients on M&A, equity capital market transactions and project financings, working with the company in London and Asia Pacific. Amanda received her Bachelor of Business Science, with honors, from the University of Cape Town. Amanda is a chartered accountant (ACA), qualifying with PwC in London.
