About Mr. Tan
A very seasoned business Consultant and Executive Coach, Aloysius builds trust with his clients and focuses on their priorities in order to provide new and alternative approaches to finding the best talents to fit the client’s real needs.
Previous Experience
Aloysius has 20 plus years of corporate experience as General Manager of industrial groups of IDG Industrial Distribution; SGS; CCIC – CSA International laboratory testing & Farnell Newark.
He first joined Cornerstone in 2007 and for four years served as Managing Director of Cornerstone Shanghai office. He rejoined Cornerstone in 2018.
Additional activities
A native of Singapore. Aloysius is a sport diving coach, as well as a volunteer at church.
Credentials
Aloysius received his BBA at University of Oregon and MBA at University of Hull. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation with ACC accreditation and a certified NLP Coach. He has delivered a number of training workshops on coaching and performance.
